The Conference Park has superb residential and non-residential conference facilities adjacent to the campus, located in the quiet suburb of Edgbaston and only two miles away from Birmingham City Centre.

The facilities offer a wide range of services which will meet the conference needs.

Details and room usage.

  • Lucas House is the main building on the Conference Park.
  • It contains the Reception Desk where you will find our checking in and out procedures are fast and problem free.
  • Its is conveniently situated on to the adjoining Peter Scott site. There is a comfortable bar with access to the terrace.
  • The main dining room seats up to 60 people and is connected to a private dining room, which seats a further 25.
  • On the first floor there are two meeting rooms the Edgbaston seats up to 85 delegates and the Harborne up to 30 delegates.
  • The Lounge where delegates can unwind is also available as an informal meeting room.
  • A lift serves lower-ground, ground and first floors.
